Meet Dr. Anthony Shaw, MD
Medical Director, Wichita Psychiatric Group LLC

Dr. Anthony Shaw is a board-certified psychiatrist and proud Wichita native with deep roots in the Kansas medical community. As the founder and Medical Director of Wichita Psychiatric Group LLC, Dr. Shaw brings a patient-first, evidence-based approach to hospital-based psychiatric care—serving hospitals, emergency departments, and medical teams across the region.

Dr. Shaw earned his undergraduate degree from Wichita State University and completed his medical education at the University of Kansas School of Medicine. He continued his residency training in psychiatry at KU School of Medicine–Wichita, where he developed a strong passion for inpatient care, crisis stabilization, and multidisciplinary collaboration.

Throughout his career, Dr. Shaw has provided psychiatric services across multiple hospitals in the Wichita area. His dedication to service and clinical excellence makes him a trusted partner for hospital teams seeking timely and reliable psychiatric support.
